What does membership offer . . .

Membership unites individuals, families, and organizations who support the mission of Hale Aloha O Ke Akua to live and share aloha, deepen faith in God, and cultivate healing, well-being, and spiritual renewal. Guided by the Fruits of the Spirit, members join in fostering a compassionate community dedicated to wholeness of mind, body, and spirit.

Membership is open to all who affirm the Sanctuary's mission and values and agree to uphold its standards of kindness, stewardship, safety, and respect. Participation in the Sanctuary's ministries and services is not conditioned upon membership.

Members support the Sanctuary through prayer, fellowship, service, mentorship, advocacy, and financial contributions. Membership signifies a shared commitment to the Sanctuary's spiritual purpose and charitable work and does not confer ownership, voting, governance, or fiduciary rights. All governance and fiduciary authority remain vested in the Trustees/Stewards.

Membership is established or renewed by completing the prescribed membership form and affirming the Member Commitments below.

MEMBER COMMITMENTS

1. Conduct themselves in a manner consistent with aloha and the Fruits of the Spirit.

2. Support the Sanctuary's mission of healing, well-being, spiritual growth, and service.

3. Treat all persons with dignity, compassion, respect, and grace.

4. Represent the Sanctuary honorably in word and deed.

5. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of participants, members, donors, and Sanctuary affairs.

MEMBER BENEFITS

1. Updates regarding the Sanctuary's ministries, programs, and community outreach.

2. Opportunities for fellowship, service, education, mentorship, and spiritual growth.

3. Invitations to gatherings, workshops, retreats, and special events.

4. Reports and stories reflecting the impact of the Sanctuary's mission.

5. Participation levels, such as Friend, Guardian, and Sanctuary Circle, which recognize engagement and service but confer no special rights or authority.

By becoming a member, each person joins a faith-centered community dedicated to honoring God, sharing aloha, cultivating the Fruits of the Spirit, and advancing healing, purpose, and abundant life for all.

FAITH & INTEGRITY 

As a 508(c)(1)(A) ministry, we steward gifts solely for mission purposes and keep clear books and records. Contributions may be acknowledged with receipts; please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.

CONDUCT & REMOVAL

The Sanctuary may decline or revoke membership to safeguard all, staff/volunteer safety, or mission integrity.
